My Fav Protein Smoothie

I love smoothies especially when I am counting calories. Below is the ingredients for one of my favorite smoothies. Let me know what you think and send me over some of your favorites so they can be featured!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Spinach (I prefer the brand organic girl)

1 Cup of cut up strawberries

1 Cup of Pineapples

2 Scoops of my Strawberry Protein Powder (I use Protein World Protein Powder but you don’t have to)

2 Scoops of Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt

This is enough to usually fill up a 16oz glass.
