Chicken Thighs with Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

1lb skinnless chicken thighs

1 Cup of Spinach

1 Cup of pre-sliced mushrooms

2tbs Garlic

2tbs Butter

Seasonings:

1tbs garlic powder

1tbs onion powder

1tbs black pepper

1tbs italian seasoning

1tbs ground cummin

1tbs weber chicago steak seasoning

1tbs weber chicken kickin seasoning

1tbs paprika

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet heat with table spoon of olive oil

  2. In a mixing bowl place skinnless chicken thighs

  3. Add seasoning make sure both sides of chicken are coated with spices

  4. Add chicken to skillet let cook on each side for 6 minutes on medium heat

  5. In another skillet add butter and let melt

  6. Add mushrooms to skillet with butter

  7. After 5 minutes add garlic and spinach to skillet

  8. Let veggies get tender

  9. Merge veggies with chicken and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes

  10. Turn off stove top and let chicken cool off

  11. ENJOY!!!
