Blueberry Yum

Hey Everyone,

Yet another week of quarantine, but on the bright side stores are now starting to restock so I have been able to purchase my favorite brands of certain products.  I love blueberries, if you haven't guessed from the title the smoothie I am going to feature this week consist of blueberries!

I forgot to purchase spinach this week so I had to improvise, and I must admit that this smoothie did not miss a beat.  This blueberry smoothie recipe is basic but in a good way! This smoothie is very filling,  I typically drink in the morning and it holds me over until lunch. This smoothie has easily escalated to my spring go to smoothie.

This smoothie only requires 4 ingredients (I told you basic):

  1. Blueberries (preferably frozen)

  2. Almond Butter (I use Justin's Maple Almond Butter)

  3. Almond Milk (Simply Almond Milk Unsweetened)

  4. Protein Powder (Gauge Life Collagen Peptides)

I have never had this smoothie without spinach, so  I was a little nervous, but I had faith that this would be amazing, and I was right.
