Sometimes Vegan

I decided to do something different starting off the new year.  Yes, eat healthy and things of that nature.  But I want to try a sometimes vegan lifestyle approach.  I don't eat meat everyday anyway so I gave it a lot of thought over the past few months and I am going to try out being a sometimes vegan.  However, not so much that if I want to go out with the girls and eat I can still go out with the girls and eat, or if I want that piece of chicken I can eat that piece of chicken and not feel bad about it. 

My goal starting out is 4-5 days a week being "Sometimes Vegan" and those other days eating what I want within moderation. 

*Update

I have decided that I will strive to be vegan during the week and on the weekends it’s a free for all.  I can do what I want on the weekends.  Not constraining myself to going full fledge vegan from the start will help me transition into this over the year.  My end goal for the future is to be a full fledge vegan by 2021.
