6 Week Pescatarian Shred
Hi Sitting Pretty Friends,
Does quarantine have you gaining weight also? I have been doing major spring cleaning. I am purging everything from clothes down to files on my computer. Which brings me to my post for today! Last year I purchased a gauge girl 6 week pescatarian shred on a budget, and I never started completely forgot all about it. A friend and I had a eureka moment and decided to step on the scale and lets just say finding this meal plan came at the right time!
Over the course of the next 6 weeks I will provide in depth weekly updates of my progress with photos of food that I purchased. Now the meal plan does provide you with grocery list however, I have severe food allergies so there are a few things that I will be modifying over the course of these six weeks.
Update:
Today is Friday and I started this diet on Sunday and I will say that I am off to a good start this is week one, but the good thing about this meal plan is it provides you several different meals to eat over the course of the program.
Goal:
My goal is to lose roughly around 15 pounds over the course of 6 weeks. To obtain this I plan on following the meal plan and light exercise.
6 weeks seems like a long time, but we are literally sitting in a house, so why not! Also I am a little leery to consistently get food delivered, so now seems like the perfect time to try this shred.
